Returns & Exchanges

Returns

Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery on non-personalized items in new, unworn, and unaltered condition with original tags attached and returned in the original packaging. To start a return, please Download Return Label here. 

A prepaid return label will be provided, and a $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. A $3 refund processing fee will also be deducted. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once a return is approved, the prepaid return label is valid for 7 days. Return packages must be accepted by the carrier within that 7-day period or the return authorization may be canceled and the return may no longer be eligible for a refund.

By submitting a return, you agree to these deductions and the refund amount shown in the return portal.

Please include your packing slip with your return so we can properly process your refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 21 days of delivery on non-personalized items in new, unworn, and unaltered condition with original tags attached and original packaging included.

If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the customer will be responsible for any price difference. If exchanging for a lower-priced item, any difference will be refunded according to the refund method selected in the return portal.

Once an exchange is approved, the prepaid return label is valid for 7 days. Return packages must be accepted by the carrier within that 7-day period or the exchange authorization may be canceled.

Replacement items will be shipped after the original merchandise has been received and inspected.


Final Sale & Personalized Items

Items marked as “Last Chance” or “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Personalized items are custom made and final sale. This includes custom name cards, engraved pouches, and any item made specifically for your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to make it right.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow several business days for your refund to appear on your account.
