How do I return an item?

To start a return, please Download Return Label here and return your item within 21 days in new, unaltered condition with attached tags and pouch. A $7.95 fee is deducted from the refund for the pre paid return label. Please include your packing slip so we know who to credit for the return.

How do I make an exchange?

It is best to return the original item and place a new order. This ensures the new item is shipped out promptly. 

When will I receive my refund?

You may track your return to confirm it was delivered. Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be initiated once it has been delivered back to us. 

Returns for a refund are subject to a $3 per item re-stocking fee. If returning three or more items, the fee is 25%. Veils incur a 15% re-stocking fee due to their custom nature.  

NOT RETURNABLE: Custom pieces/and or items ordered in colors other than white or ivory/cream, garters, sashes, custom veils and Final Sale items. Custom cards are not returnable. If these are returned with jewelry, there is a $1.99 fee due to their custom nature.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days and submit a picture of the damage so we can issue a replacement at no charge.
