Returns

Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery on non-personalized items in new, unworn, and unaltered condition with original tags attached and the complimentary pouch included. To start a return, please Download Return Label here.

A $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the prepaid return label. Please include your packing slip with your return so we can properly process your refund.

Final Sale & Personalized Items

Items marked as “Last Chance” or “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Personalized items are custom made and final sale. This includes custom name cards, engraved pouches, and any item made specifically for your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to make it right.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow several business days for your refund to appear on your account.
