Should I choose Express Shipping if my wedding or event is soon?
Yes. If your event is within the next two weeks, we recommend choosing Express Shipping to help ensure timely delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries. Economy International shipping typically takes 6–18 business days. DHL Express Worldwide is also available at checkout for many locations.
Are international duties or taxes included?
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on the destination country. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes, returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery. Items must be new, unworn, unaltered, and returned in the original plastic packaging with tags.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Do you charge a return fee?

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are welcome when available. If you would like a different color or style, these options are available in our returns portal.
Are personalized items returnable?
Personalized items, including personalized pouches or custom cards, are generally not eligible for return unless there is an error with the personalization.
Are Last Chance or final sale items returnable?
Items marked Last Chance or final sale are not eligible for return.
Are veils returnable?
Please review the return details on the product page before ordering, as some veil styles may have special return conditions or may be final sale.

Can I order matching jewelry for my bridesmaids?

Is your jewelry nickel free?
Yes, our jewelry is nickel free.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Our jewelry is nickel free, which is helpful for many customers with sensitivities. However, everyone’s sensitivity is different, so we cannot guarantee that every piece will be suitable for all allergies.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Store jewelry in a dry place and avoid exposure to water, perfume, hairspray, lotions, and harsh chemicals. We recommend putting jewelry on after hair and makeup are complete.
Will the jewelry match exactly across multiple pieces?
We do our best to keep each style consistent. Slight variations may occur due to handmade details, pearls, stones, lighting, and screen settings.

Can I change my order after placing it?
