How quickly can an item ship?
Our current processing time is 1-2 business days.
Do you offer upgraded shipping?
Yes, we offer multiple speeds of shipping, which include priority mail, UPS ground, 2-day air and overnight delivery. For international orders, we ship via DHL Express.
What are your store hours?
Our hours are Monday-Friday 9-5 CST.
How do I order custom jewelry cards?
Custom cards can be added to any piece of jewelry for gift giving. This information can be entered in the personalization text field on the product page or when checking out, please put in the notes section the list of names, titles and font color you would like them made in.
Is the jewelry hypoallergenic or nickel free?
How is the jewelry packaged?
Every headpiece and jewelry item arrives with a keepsake suede pouch. Bridesmaid jewelry items arrive in your choice of box color, along with a white velour pouch for safe jewelry storage. All items are assembled ready for gift giving.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, returns are accepted within 21 days. Items must be new, unworn, unaltered, still in the original plastic packaging with tags and suede bag and returned in a cardboard box. Please visit our returns page for full details.
