Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the package and are limited to two or less items. You may log into your account to initiate a return and print a pre paid return label. A $7 fee will be incurred for return label. Returns for a refund are subject to a 5% re-stocking fee. If returning three or more items, the fee is 20%. Veils incur a 15% re-stocking fee due to their custom nature. The fee is waived for exchanges. Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be initiated once it has been delivered back to us. 

NOT RETURNABLE: Custom pieces/and or items ordered in colors other than white or ivory/cream, garters, sashes and custom veils. Custom cards are not returnable. If these are returned with jewelry, there is a $1.99 fee due to their custom nature.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days and submit a picture of the damage so we can issue a replacement at no charge.


Our current processing time is 1-3 business days. Free shipping on orders over $25!

Packages are shipped via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation and tracking for a flat rate of $3.95. Quicker methods are available including Priority mail, UPS Ground, UPS Two Day and UP Overnight. Contact us and in most cases your order can arrive very quickly! 

International orders are also shipped via GlobalPost with tracking. They can take between 8-30 business days or more to arrive. UPS Worldwide is available and arrives in just a few days. Any fees related to duty/custom taxes are your responsibility. We are unable to calculate this cost, please contact your local postal service office to determine this possible fee that may occur when delivery is being made. Once the package leaves the United States, it is handed off to the recipient's country. It is then up to them to deliver the package. We cannot be held responsible for items not arriving in time due to the customer not selecting a quick enough shipping method.

*Please note that once an order ships, it is out of our hands, and we are not responsible for packages not received when they are marked "Delivered".
